Full Service Planning
From our very first meeting to the getaway car, our team will assist in booking and managing all vendors to match your style and budget. With this full-service package, you’ll also receive a full design proposal full of intricate details and stylistic options that reflect your distinct taste. We only take on a limited number of these bookings per year, so you can rest assured that your wedding will receive the attention it deserves.

Partial Service Planning
For the happily involved couple who would love the assistance of an expert planner and designer– our partial consulting service is perfect for you. Our involvement is limited to the predetermined vendors you desire assistance with, giving you freedom to customize our service to your specific needs. We will negotiate contracts, attend appointments, keep you on track and communicate with vendors to ensure they are maintaining your wedding timeline. With this package, you will also receive our design and styling services.

Finishing Touches
With our finishing touches coordination, we meet with you to put together a comprehensive plan four to six weeks before your wedding day. This service includes confirmation of vendors, full availability to answer any of your questions, and serving as the primary contact for your guests. We will be on-site for the day of, making sure vendors arrive in a timely manner, assisting with final decor touches, aiding the photographer with organizing pictures, arranging ceremony line-up and reception introduction, distributing vendor gratuities and final payments, and most importantly -dealing with any “emergencies.”

Design is one of our favorite parts of event planning! That’s why at QC Event Design, we provide in-house florals and decor to bring every aspect of your vision to life. Need help bringing your ideas together? We can help! Let us provide your centerpieces, bouquets, ceremony decor, and all other pieces necessary to transform your venue into the backdrop of your forever. We structure our floral proposals in a visual manner and work with you every step of the way to ensure your vision is fully realized–so you can book with certainty knowing your special day is in the best of hands.
